Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & NO SHOW: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 72hrs notice. If cancelling within 24hr windows of your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled service is required to be paid prior to rebooking. Repeat Offenders: If you consistently cancel within 24hours or not show up for your appointment, after the third time, you will only be able to make an appointment a day-of'basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.
